Thanks for visiting our little webpage. We'll give you our big news from the year and a few pictures to look at.

Our year in Brief for more photos follow the links on our photo page

In what seems like an increasingly difficult world, our thoughts are with those struggling and suffering, our hopes are for a more peaceful future, and we are thankful for all we have!

cckatSierra This page has traditionally started with Sydney, since she's the oldest, but this year we thought we'd give Sierra a shot at the headline. Sierra was promoted from 6th grade this year and won the "Sportsmanship award" - which is awarded for a positive attitude in overcoming adversity. So far she is doing great in middle school and is enjoying being in guitar class and journalism as her electives.

Sierra also continues to participate in musicals through The Music Room in Orange. This year she was a poppy and snowflake in The Wizard of Oz, and a cowgirl and italian in Annie Get Your Gun. At the beginning of February she'll be appearing in Oklahoma!

Sydney continues to take Orange High School by storm - taking zero period so she can keep an art elective (intro to graphic design), and playing on the Varsity tennis team, which made it to CIF playoffs again this year. She continues to practice her art and has developed an interest in American Sign Language. But, like many millenials, she enjoys spending her leisure time on youtube and loves the TV show Supernatural.

Ross and Kristen

celebrated our 20th anniversary this October!! Our other big achievement was finally remodeling the kitchen in our 1954 home (see before and after pics below)!

Kristen is still with Irvine Company and Ross is still teaching at Rancho Alamitos and spending several weeks at Arrowbear Music Camp with the girls.

We thoroughly enjoyed our summer vacation in Long Beach, visiting the Queen Mary, the Aquarium and hanging out with our kids. We also love taking advantage of entertainment opportunities nearby, like football games and hockey games at Honda Center.
